With a strong background in strength training and postnatal fitness, I specialise in the female form; understanding the unique demands placed on women through work, training, stress, pregnancy, and motherhood.
My aim is to help reduce pain, release tension, and restore confidence in how your body moves and feels.

With a background in dance, Pilates, yoga and holistic massage, I’ve always been drawn to caring for the body in a way that feels nurturing and attentive. I bring a grounding approach to supporting the body as a whole.
Guided by a deep understanding of the body and years of experience, my massage style is slow restorative and deeply relaxing. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong intuition for what clients need-whether that’s rest, gentle release or a space to fully switch off.
I believe massage is more than a luxury; it’s an important part of wellbeing. By supporting the nervous system as well as the muscles, I aim to create treatments where movement and stillness work together.
My hope is that every client leave feeling grounded, rested and more connected to their body.
