Hi! I’m Beth, wife and mum to two little ones, with a lifelong love of movement and a deep appreciation for rest, care and wellbeing. With a background in dance, Pilates, yoga and holistic massage, I’ve always been drawn to caring for the body in a way that feels nurturing and attentive. I bring a grounding approach to supporting the body as a whole.

Guided by a deep understanding of the body and years of experience, my massage style is slow restorative and deeply relaxing. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong intuition for what clients need-whether that’s rest, gentle release or a space to fully switch off.

I believe massage is more than a luxury; it’s an important part of wellbeing. By supporting the nervous system as well as the muscles, I aim to create treatments where movement and stillness work together.

My hope is that every client leave feeling grounded, rested and more connected to their body.

I offer Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue and from July 2026 Hot Stone Massage.

HI! I am a Mum to 4 little ones, wife, dog owner and a qualified Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer with over 10 years’ experience supporting women to move, feel, and function better in their bodies.

With a strong background in strength training and postnatal fitness, I specialise in the female form; understanding the unique demands placed on women through work, training, stress, pregnancy, and motherhood.

My aim is to help reduce pain, release tension, and restore confidence in how your body moves and feels.

Sports Massage isn't just for athletes, if there is anything being a mum has taught me, it is how broken our bodies become through pregnancy, motherhood and beyond.

Whether you are in the trenches of motherhood or working and slowly getting your life back; you need to take care of your body, bones and tissues, if nothing else then for healthy and strong longevity

I offer Sports Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping, KT taping and Deep Tissue Massage. In late 2026 I will also be completing my qualification in Sports Acupuncture.
