11. Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness to all clients and to allow us to manage our appointment diary efficiently, Re:Align Therapies operates a 24‑hour cancellation policy.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the treatment cost.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice will also result in a 50% charge.

Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice will not incur a charge.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. If exceptional circumstances apply, please contact us as soon as possible and we will always aim to be fair and understanding.

We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in legislation or our services. The most up‑to‑date version will always be available on our website.
